App Home

The Home tab is your control centre for Pinguin. Everything — composing sends, managing lists, viewing analytics, and changing settings — starts here.

Open Broadcast Analytics to browse every send from your workspace. Each entry shows the internal name, Broadcast ID, creator, and sent date. Click View to drill into delivery, reactions, replies, and per-channel breakdowns.

• New Broadcast — compose a channel broadcast with the full editor (templates, CTAs, images)
• New Direct Message — compose a bulk DM send
• Scheduled Messages — view and cancel queued sends

• Audience Lists — saved groups of channels or people
• Profiles — custom sender name and avatar for sends
• Templates — reusable message layouts with pre-filled copy and CTAs

Workspace settings control message attribution and join/leave alerts. Personal settings control whether you receive success notification DMs when broadcasts send or lists are created.
